Q:  I gave birth to my daughter 3 months ago, but lately I feel very sad and lonely.  I know I should be joyful with my beautiful child, but some days I don't even want to get dressed.  I often feel angry and need to get away! 
I don't know what to do!

A:  Call your doctor and speak to him/her about your situation - ask him to refer you to a professional that can assist you.  You are probably suffering from depression that is common after giving birth.  Many women experience this condition to some degree, PLEASE DON'T IGNORE IT!!!  GET HELP!!!

Until you see a professional, it is VERY IMPORTANT that tell your family and friends about your situation. Please ask them to help you care for your baby (and if you have other children in your home to babysit for them or take them to their activities).
